Classical asanas (postures) are taught intelligently and methodically, in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. Learning to stretch tighter and strengthen weaker areas of the body, increasing stamina, and experiencing a new harmonious balance of body, mind and soul.

















Private classes are tailored to meet your specific needs. This type of class is  recommended if you are dealing with injury, chronic condition and/or high level of tight muscles and joints as a result of prolonged stress. It is also suggested to people who’s practice has become stagnant.


In one-on-one classes you will get all personal attention and hands on adjustments you need to progress steadily. Props are used skillfully and the sequence of asanas are adjusted to your needs. Posture unfold with more ease as the breathe is integrated in the practice.




Private, semi private or your own small group class can be arranged.

The classes are held in the privacy of a studio, your home or office.

Classes are 60 minutes minimum or 1:30 hour maximum.
